2 cups Pace Picante Sauce (3 cups if you like a lot of sauce)
6 T brown sugar
2 T dijon mustard
2 pounds chicken breast (I buy cutlets or tenderloins)
Mix sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish (9x13 is fine). Cover with sauce mixture and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. I serve this with yellow rice and a salad. All the kids love it and it's easy!

White Chicken Chili
Here you will find some family favorite recipes. I will add as I have time! This is one the whole family just loves. We got it from the momys cookbook. I changed it a little bit to make it easier. Yum!
White Chicken Chili
2 cans navy beans
2 cans chopped green chilis
1 can of corn
1 can of corn
4 cups chicken broth/1 cup water
2 t ground cumin
1 1/2 t dried whole oregano
2 cloves garlic
1/2 t ground red pepper(cayenne)
1 t salt
4 cups chicken--I rip up a rotisserie chicken
Put all ingredients in large crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours. I serve with shredded cheese and cornbread. Yummy!
